Are you wearing (or knitting) your arrrgyle socks today?
Irish Fest was last night [excuse the mixed photo quality; pix from my phone]. Went with friends . . .
Denise and her sixteen year old daughter Michelle.
Lacy . . .
and her daughter Bella.
Denise pointed out that we had someone from every age decade-wise up to 50s, except for the 20s. Maybe we should recruit one of our younger teachers next year.
I wish she had pointed out that I should remember I’m allergic to grass mold before I’d practically rolled around in it all evening.
The bands this year didn’t seem as numerous or good — to quote Denise again, “This is disturbing.” However, Hogeye Navvy wasn’t bad and I loved the Mickey Finns, who finally started at 10:00.
I’d say a good time was had by all.
Bella totally needs a wooly hat. With ears. Before it’s too late.
