No, I didn’t spin that — it was a commercial yarn, I’m embarrassed to say. Thanks for the link you sent; it may have said the spam filter ate it, but I got it anyway! I’ll put you on my contacts list so it doesn’t catch you again.

Ariadne is the name of a princess in Greek mythology. She gave Theseus red thread from the fleece she was spinning and he used it to escape from the labyrinth after killing the minotaur.
Basically, a spinner, like me. I didn’t want to use the name Arachne (also from Greek mythology) because she got turned into a spider. Ick.
